Morrowind Quest Closure Index

This is the Journal Quest Closure Index. Here's how it works:

If you've solved a quest from the original Morrowind, Tribunal, or Bloodmoon game and you still have the journal entry in your journal, you can look up the quest in this list and find the information you need to clear it from your journal using the console. The command is:

Journal Quest_ID Index

Example:
You solve the Morag Tong "Grandmaster" Quest by assassinating Eno Hlaalu according to ancient custom. However, the quest remains in your journal because the script on Eno never sets the appropriate journal entry when you kill him. Had you allowed him to retire, a "closing" journal entry would have been added, completing the quest. Since you didn't, in order to eliminate this quest from your journal, you would open the console and type the following:

Journal MT_Grandmaster 100

The quests are listed in Alphabetical order as you see them in your journal. The quest's ID follows, and the third column is the ID of an index that will mark the quest as officially "closed". No effort was made to see that the index represents the *best* or most appropriate solution to the quest, so you may find yourself with a journal entry that says you solved the quest differently than you actually solved it. The purpose of the list is only to allow you to remove "stuck" quests from your quest list. The index numbers were compiled from the construction set and I obviously haven't had an opportunity to verify each one. I plan to leave this thread unlocked so that you may post any errors as you find them. Please do not post comments in THIS thread regarding the list unless it refers to an error in the list itself. Comments will be removed as the list is corrected.

Note: There are a number of typos in this list resulting from Bethesda errors. No effort was made to correct them as they represent the ACTUAL way the quest appears in your journal. To fix them in the list might make them hard for you to find. Example: At least two Morag Tong quests are listed as being associated with the Mage's guild. Since they actually appear in your journal this way, they remain uncorrected. Please don't post these typos as errors that need correcting.
